Chakra Psychology

Join me as we more deeply understand the chakras as the core of an energy system not only designed to heal and maintain the body, but as a map to self-actualization and finally, self-realization. The chakras chart  the psychological patterns each individual must experience and master in order to find one’s full expression and potential in the world as the basis for transcendence. Before we can go beyond the world, we have to fully learn to be in it.  This evening we will understand the journey back to source via the chakras. You will gain insight into your patterns and those of your loved ones. We will complete with a breath and chakra meditation to balance the flow of energy through the body.
